27c73459c0 [ISSUE-75] Update workflow trigger to push on test/main branches (#3)

## Summary
Change the CI runner test workflow trigger from `workflow_dispatch` only to also include `push` on `test` and `main` branches, enabling automatic execution when code is pushed.

## Changes
- `.gitea/workflows/test-ci-runner.yml`: Added `push` trigger targeting `test` and `main` branches while retaining `workflow_dispatch` for manual triggering

## Issues
- Hithomelabs/HomeLabDocker#75

## Testing
- [ ] Push to `test` branch triggers workflow automatically
- [ ] Push to `main` branch triggers workflow automatically
- [ ] Manual `workflow_dispatch` still works via UI
