455505a6d6 Hithomelabs/HomeLabDocker#76: Fix Gradle build failure — replace setup-java with Alpine JDK package 
The actions/setup-java@v4 step downloads a glibc-compiled JDK (Temurin)
which cannot execute on Alpine's musl libc. Replace with Alpine's native
openjdk17-jdk package via apk, which is compiled for musl and works
correctly with gradlew.

## Summary
Change the CI runner test workflow trigger from `workflow_dispatch` only to also include `push` on `test` and `main` branches, enabling automatic execution when code is pushed.

## Changes
- `.gitea/workflows/test-ci-runner.yml`: Added `push` trigger targeting `test` and `main` branches while retaining `workflow_dispatch` for manual triggering

## Issues
- Hithomelabs/HomeLabDocker#75

## Testing
- [ ] Push to `test` branch triggers workflow automatically
- [ ] Push to `main` branch triggers workflow automatically
- [ ] Manual `workflow_dispatch` still works via UI
