## Summary
Change the CI runner test workflow trigger from `workflow_dispatch` only to also include `push` on `test` and `main` branches, enabling automatic execution when code is pushed.
## Changes
- `.gitea/workflows/test-ci-runner.yml`: Added `push` trigger targeting `test` and `main` branches while retaining `workflow_dispatch` for manual triggering
